Ep. 333 Jeremy Hamburgh

Jeremy Hamburgh is a California-based coach and the founder of My Best Social Life, an organization dedicated to helping neurodivergent adults develop the skills necessary to find community, friendship, and romantic connections. Before transitioning into his current role, Jeremy served as a prosecutor in New York City, where he honed his ability to communicate persuasively. He draws a direct parallel between winning over a jury in a courtroom and succeeding in a social setting, noting that skills like telling compelling stories, asking insightful questions, and active listening are magnetic in both environments.

Jeremy’s journey into coaching began at the JCC in Manhattan, where he facilitated popular dating workshops. It was during these sessions that he realized many of his attendees were autistic and neurodivergent, leading him to work extensively with the Adaptations Program at the Silver Center for Special Needs. This hands-on experience provided him with invaluable insights, which he used to launch MyBestSocialLife.com and develop his signature Social Life 360 program.

The cornerstone of Jeremy's methodology is his ability to decode the social world for his clients. Recognizing that the neurodivergent brain often thrives on patterns, formulas, and structured processes, Jeremy reconstructs complex social interactions into digestible strategies. His program offers a wraparound support system that includes individual coaching, group training, and a vibrant online community, allowing clients to build skills steadily over time.

Deeply influenced by his Jewish upbringing and the importance of Tzedakah and Tikkun Olam, Jeremy is committed to philanthropic efforts aimed at increasing accessibility. He is currently working to establish a non-profit that will offer scholarships, ensuring that neurodivergent adults can access social coaching regardless of their financial circumstances. Jeremy believes that the most significant act of Tikkun Olam is helping an individual feel like they belong and have a place in their community.

Driven by a passion to help others find connection, Jeremy remains dedicated to expanding the impact of his work nationally and internationally. Whether he is teaching social best practices or collaborating with industry peers, his goal is to help his clients confidently create a future where they can find the community and love they deserve.
