Founder, Host, and Executive Producer Robert Millar spent over two decades as a Fortune 100 finance executive before trading boardrooms for borders. Raised in a radio and media family with early broadcasting experience, storytelling is rooted in his DNA. Robert brings an action-oriented mindset to global travel—using his specialized skills to give back directly to the places he visits. A powerful example of this ethos occurred in Maui, where Robert utilized his expertise as a certified Dive Master Instructor to actively assist in underwater cleanup and recovery efforts following the devastating Lahaina wildfires. His approach to travel pairs rare-access exploration with a genuine commitment to leaving every community stronger than he found it.
Co-Host and Creative Director Amber Billingsley brings a relatable, courage-first perspective that centers on human connection and personal growth. Having never left the southeastern United States prior to launching this journey, Amber took a massive leap of faith away from her familiar routine. Today, whether engaging in ethical wildlife encounters, exploring local traditions, or learning directly from regional historians, she approaches every expedition with deep empathy. Her journey demonstrates that stepping outside your comfort zone isn't just about self-discovery, but about opening your heart to serve and connect with others across the globe.
